Adrian Simpkins Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Hi All I have added a new mailbox to our instance today and it has passed the backend test. However when I go to view the mailbox in Service Manager I am not seeing the 'Compose' new email button come up - I am sure I didnt have to do anything previously to get this to appear other than add mailbox / setup roles etc. This shows one where I am seeing Compose However on the new mailbox I just see the below: Any ideas as to why not showing the 'Compose' button please? many thanks !
James Ainsworth Posted November 22 Posted November 22 As this is a new Mailbox, have the rights to the mailbox been set using a role? If I uncheck the Can Send Message, this removes the Compose button.
Adrian Simpkins Posted November 25 Author Posted November 25 Hi James - yes I created the 2 roles as normal - one with full mailbox rights and one with send rights only. I have compared this to the existing mailboxes and it looks exactly the same as shown below
