Kate Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Hi all, is it possible to change what is sent in an email from an Auto Task based on what a user enters in a box or maybe the latest update? The current workflow is that an email template gets sent out saying that an update has been added to the ticket and needs attention, but it would be good if we could append the message that's on the ticket as well
Steve Giller Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Email templates can use Custom Fields from the Request, if you populate what you need in a suitable spare field and then reference that from the email, that should achieve your goal. 1
