Error on creating a copy of a workflow - Unable to find the specified Workflow 'com.hornbill.servicemanager'/'xxx-lob-app-account-creation'

I just used the function to create a copy of an existing workflow. It did the work ok but grumbled about it by giving me an error that it could not find the new workflow name:

Thanks for the post.  We have been tightening up on error handling and it turns out in this place (and possibly others which we need to identify) that we have used a failing API call in the logic in the front end code, in this case we have used the fact that an API *fails* to *known* if the workflow exists or not, which is fundamentally wrong and we need to resolve that.  As you point out, its still working (despite the big red error, and we will resolve that, we will get that resolved asap.
