Reporting On Executed Processes

Good evening All,

 

I'm trying to replicate key stats in the Manage Executed processes page to give my team an automated report on request errors.

I've tried at link the BPM intance tables with the requests table and have had vaired results, but the one constant i have is that no erroring requests are being displayed despite the Manage Exectued Process page says otherwise, in addition to this, it's logging every bpm instance stage so the 25000 row limit only collects 15 requests at most.

 

Has anyone made a report like this ? I'd massively appreciate some guidance.

My genuine advice would be not to report on this, as the table is optimised for functionality and not reporting.

You are unlikely to get the desired information and quite likely to cause performance issues due to the sizes of the recordset being returned, especially if you are using the full 25,000 row limit.
