Intelligent Capture Images/Links

Hello,

We are looking to enhance our intelligent captures and the ability of end users to click an Image which takes them to a URL.  We can add images and URL's just not both together.  Is ther any guidance on this to show how this could work? 

So far we have the below but would like to have the URL embedded in the image to tidy this up:
