billster Posted November 20 Posted November 20 Somehow I changed the default email template for a Service Portfolio in Service Manager. If I press the email button on a request in that service then the default template is "Log Request" but I want to make the default template just empty. But I've no idea where to change this. I checked in Service Portfolio but I can't see anything obvious.
Adrian Simpkins Posted November 20 Posted November 20 Hi Bill - checked in my Service Portfolio as I would expect there to be a blank option on setting default template, but it appears once set there is no option in the list to remove it when I check - this service has a blank template set but if i wanted to remove it I can't see how either. I would expect there to be a blank field at top of list like other fields that we can set so no default template in place. I will follow this to find out the solution Many thanks ! 1
Steve Giller Posted November 20 Posted November 20 If you need a blank template, you just create a template that is blank (i.e. empty) rather than not having a template selected. I recall there being a reason behind this but it's not my area so I deleted that bit of knowledge. 1 1
