Error when saving updates to Users Profiles - "Unexpected update, no properties changed"

Getting this on saving even though it does save. Anyone?

I've not seen other occurrences of this.  I'll have a search and see if I can find anything. Do you recall which fields you had changed before saving?

I think it was Status, Job Title and Description.

But I cannot reproduce this error.

But I went into that account today and there were no roles assigned so I had to manually assign them... not sure if that was relevant or not.
