Lee C Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Hi Guys, Not sure if i am missing something, i assigned this against a service but i cant see a way to remove it, any ideas?
James Ainsworth Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Hi @Lee C Prior to applying a template, it would have defaulted to a template that is set under the following setting: Although you can't unselect the selected template, you can set it back to what it was before by selecting the RequestMessage/Request form email template. In the case that the default template has been changed in the above setting, just match the template to what you have set. I believe that a template is required. The above setting allows the requests without a template set, something to fall back on so that there are no errors when trying to create an email. I hope that helps. 1
samwoo Posted November 20 Posted November 20 Morning! Does this setting still allow the template to be used even if the specified service <request type> email template category doesn't hold that template (and no default template is set)?
