Atlassian Jira integration failure

Hello Trying to use the Atlassian Jira cloud integration to create or just Get issue. 

Have followed the documentation provided on https://docs.hornbill.com/ibridge-packages/atlassian/jira/getissue

But each attempt results in the same error we cannot find anything about. Any advice appreciated. 
Keysafe is populated, and credentials selected. Any altering of the integration's fields has no effect. TIA.
