Question translations are unreadable in dark mode

Whilst testing our translations, we have noticed that the questions panel translations are rendered in light grey text on a light yellow background, making the text almost unreadable.

In the screenshot below, the translations in the Details panel render okay.

Please can the inconsistencies in the translations between the various panels be fixed.

We have a deadline to roll this out by 2 December when we decommission our old system and this is going to cause a number of issues.

Just an update... this will be corrected to match the colours used in the detail section in the next update of Service Manager
