Tiles On Employee Portal Text Looks Misaligned?

Hi all,

I have added some tiles on the employee portal however the text looks misaligned, is there a way i can center this text? I cant see any options for it, only to center the images

Just by looking I'm not sure if it's the text not being centered or the images being oversized and hanging past the right edge here - you can test this by reducing the image width; if a smaller image makes both text and image align in the center then that's the issue.
