Can't See Card Details

Hi

I've created a board and added lanes. I've also created the relevant 'add card to board' and 'move card on board' nodes in the workflow. The cards are appearing where they should but I can't see any details of each request on them.  Can anyone advise what I've missed please to get the info to appear? Thanks

When adding the card via flowcode make sure you set the originating application to Service Manager and the key is set to be the request Id, this will enable the data to be synced from Servicemanager, see here for similar issue

The only complexity I have is that the card can move from incoming to one of three other lanes, and then from these lanes, it moves to a final lane.  Are you able to 'get card information' from more than one lane in the same node or will i have to have 3 separate workflow branches for each route?

The lane property is optional, if you have it on ignore then the getCardInfo will look for the card in all lanes so you shouldn't need seperate branches
