Workflow Process Publishing & Activation does not update dynamically with Active version date/time after Publishing

I am experiencing a new defect in workflow publishing.

When I press Publish, the list below does NOT update with the new active version date and time.

I need to refresh the browser tab/window to see the new version.

I was on version 16, made changes, published, changed windows did my test and all ok but returned and looked and the Active was still version 16.

I published again because I was sure I was not going mad and noticed the version list not updating.

I refreshed the tab and found BOTH the published versions had saved and published but just not updated.

Quite a significant issue for admins. Please review.

Can confirm, I've also got this issue. One benefit, I look busier, publishing multiple versions of a workflow within seconds of each other.

I believe if you close and re-open the publish menu, it should also refresh correctly, incidentally.
