Custom Fields Form Designer

Hi, 

I have read the notes on form designer and i have created a custom field called Process below to appear on service request forms for a certain service however....

I want to populate this box with text when a workflow is run against the catalog items in this service, can i do that?

I can see on flows how to set summary and description, thanks

How did you do it @Lee C? I'm trying to customise a form for a specific service as well so interested in how you achieved this.
