lee mcdermott Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Hi, I am not sure but suspect this may be related to the overnight update. One of our main IC forms has stopped working and says. Although the capture form is not empty If we launch an intelligent capture via raise new button and switch capture to the same form it seems to work partially although the request details box for summary and description appears to be be incorrect as it is populated with Brief summary of request: Please provide full details for this request: rather than the standard Summary and Description text it would normally show. ** has this wording been changed across the system to this rather than just summary and description? I tried to republish the Intelligent capture form although there had been no changes to it for some time and now it displays the above message about capture flow is empty regardless of how the form is launched. I have tried running a Test in the intelligent capture area and running in the context as both an analyst and a portal user and it says it should be working? Ive selected Debug and get this if its relevant? You can see the request details at the bottom say Summary and Description but what is displayed is as above. Also the service details are wrong I do not know what IC Test Service is its not one of our services? So no idea what's going on. Any help would be appreciated. thanks lee
