We can see no issues with your instance and have just seen you post a Availbility Check from within the Support portal, this shows that all the delay is in the network (Travel between your browser and instance). All monitoring (from 5 remote locations) shows no issues with network latency so this would suggest local to yourselves Kind Regards Hornbill Cloud Team
