EWA Posted November 12 Posted November 12 It seems that only an owner of a KB can reassign the ownership, not even admin can do it.. what , if someone leaves without transferring the ownership beforehand
James Ainsworth Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Hi @EWA Thanks for your post. The Hornbill Admin account by default does not have the rights to many things within Hornbill. However, they have the ability to assign themselves the roles that allow them to achieve the things that they need to do as an admin. In this case, the admin can grant themself the Knowledge Administrator role in order to change the ownership of a KB. I hope this helps.

James Ainsworth Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Hi @EWA I've tried to replicate your issue, but is working for me. I am logged in as a user that only has the Knowledge Administrator Role. This KB is currently owned by Graham C and I am able to reassign to Sonia Lambert. Where are you seeing the issue? Is the edit icon visible to you? You mentioned above that you don't see the configuration option. Does the mean that you can't see the entire Configuration section?
