will.good Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Hi, When deleting an email from the inbox, we can see that it disappears from h_msg_messages, however we can still see the attachments in h_msg_attachments. Why are the attachments not removed when the email is deleted? There is a deleted column in this table, but assuming the attachments are still somewhere in our instance? (and potentially taking up file space??) The same also seems to happen when using the Email Archiver.
Keith Stevenson Posted November 11 Posted November 11 @will.good We can inform you that emails are not deleted straight away. Instead they are marked as deleted and then trickle deleted at a rate of 999 per hour along with any attachments.
