Reporting Help

Hello

This is the only section i could find to post for help on reporting, last time i put a question in here i got told it was moved to the correct "reporting" but was not told where that was.

I have watched the academy training video on reporting however still unclear for me anyway how to setup a report away so it pulls the first time fix rate every month for each analyst on 1st line support in a percent or count output, can anyone give me any pointers or screenshots that can help me set this up?

Not sure if you can do it directly from Reporting but you can do it from Measures if you have 'Advanced Analytics' in your subscription, you would need to setup one per analyst and add their name to the clause:

If you have the Owner as a Saved Data Column you can gather the data in one Measure and split it by Owner in a widget.
That will save a lot of copying and pasting.
