Sahana. Shenoy Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Hi, We would like to rename some of the Attribute field names under the User form. Could you please assist me where can I modify them. Basically, I would like to rename the below highlighted fields.
Sahana. Shenoy Posted November 11 Author Posted November 11 Hello All, @Steve Giller @David Hall If I want to rename the Attributes in User form which all Translation values I should modify? I have modified it under these settings last Friday and today I am surprised to see those values reverted back to Original. Please help me is there any other settings which needs to be modified? I have now renamed it back to Division, Description and Office Location.
Sahana. Shenoy Posted November 12 Author Posted November 12 Hi, @James Ainsworth, @Steve Giller , @David Hall Please advice!! The above issue seems to be fixed as it did not revert any label changes we made yesterday on the User form. But now we have a problem where we need to remove the values under the field Attribute 5 and make it blank. We have tried all the options to clear the field value but nothing seems to be working. Can someone please help me how to clear a field value in the User form for all users at once. Note: We have an AD integration with Hornbill. So far we have tried... "null" - this updated everything to null "{{null}}" - failed to run "{{.null}}" - did nothing I've tried blank fields from AD - did nothing Thanks, Sahana
James Ainsworth Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Hi @Sahana. Shenoy Are you using the Data Import Tool along with the Data Import Configurations for populating your users? If you have a look at the Data Import Configuration documentation, there is an option __clear__ that can be used to clear a selected field on import. 1
