Lee C Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Hello I enabled HAI services and turned on the generative knowledge generator app setting however in a knowledge base article page i cannot see the AI icon, is this still in a closed beta? or do i need to enable some services in service manager app settings? I can see lots of AI settings to enable, just not sure if these will work if switched on as it does mention somewhere not all services will be available for your instance. I have the HAI user role assigned however under service manager > administration i cant see HAI option, Do i need to turn some settings on to see this?
TrevorKillick Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Good Morning @Lee C HAi features in Service Manager are still in a closed beta but you can still sign up for access, the back end settings are exposed by overridden currently by the beta so enabling those will not enable any functionality once in the beta you can enable the functionality as per our documentation. Its looking like the functionality currently documented will come out of beta early next year once the last group finalise testing with Azure as a Generative AI provider for added governance control, at that time you will be able to enable this features in Service Manager without being on the beta program. The HAi beta program will however continue into next year to include Virtual Agents once available. Thanks Trevor Killick
