Hi,

Within Hornbill there are different variants of a user's first + last name/ handle being used, is there any reason for this?

Can we see if we can make them more consistent? We'd ideally like handle to be used everywhere (but this should really be customisable per instance)

E.g. on the request list, the customer column concats first and last name, whereas last updated by uses handle

Within a request, the customer name again concats first and last name, whereas any timeline updates use handle

+1 please; consistency is important.

It should be "Handle" because that's what's used as the label in the User Profile.

Where I see this 'inconsistency' most often is when using Get Details node and want to use the Handle it's present but it's called "Customer":

I get that's a different table so maybe a label of "Customer (Handle)"?
