What role / access enables the restart last step in a request please

Hi All

I am trying to work out what role / access enables the 'Restart last step' function please in a request within Service Manager? I could not see any role specific for this function to appear

They need RestartBPMProcess, I believe.

Application right, under Service Desk.

We have a Service Desk Seniors Role we give RestartBPMProcess to as well as

I think the latter enables them to over-ride the External Authorisation.
