Auto attaching articles via workflows

Hi

Does anyone know if this will be a feature, lets say i want a certain KB article to auto attach to a request each time it is raised, is there a workflow automation that would allow this?

I think this could be handy when a certain process has to be followed all the time

when we have human task, we add a link to an article.

Hi @Lee C

Thanks for your post.  Adding some automation for the workflow is something that we have in our backlog.   Not sure when this will be worked on.  There are still lots of great features to add to knowledge through next year.
