enhancement Enhancement: Custom Lookup records list really should have the associated Values (and ideally Entity)

After creating records, the list only shows the 'Reference' (e.g. Cat Item) but not what it is mapped to or the type. We really need an at-a-glance of the values that are mapped. In future, if I want to edit this list, I would have to go into each record to even see the associated value when there is lots of space for that second column in the display.

As example, if the below was actually 20 cat items mapped to 15 different teams, which ones map to the infrastructure team so I can adjust if necessary? Oh, I don't know, I'll have to open every single one, with a notepad and paper next to me making notes, to find out...

We need the entity and the value as per when we enter the data please (and ideally the Entity also):
