Berto2002 Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Hi folks. I think we've had this in the past and it's gone wrong again; or at least it's unrealiable. My understanding is that the selector should default to "Requests" when in the Request List; because it is supposed to be context-sensitive. It should also default to "Organizations" when in that area, etc. It's no longer doing this, at least on our instance and for many of us. Could we please have that context checked-out? 1
Steve Giller Posted November 1 Posted November 1 I've just clicked through every navigation option available on my Instance and the Global Search changed context to align with that every time. Can I check whether "for many of us" means what it says - i.e. this is a subset of your Users - and how you are navigating - e.g. left menu navigation, browser bookmarks, external links etc?
Berto2002 Posted November 6 Author Posted November 6 I have a reproducible issue that I have sent you on a PM @Steve Giller because it shows some of our data on the screen so don't want it on the forum. I am on the Request List with Requests in the global search I navigate away to an external site like Academy I then use my browser favourite to return to the URL for my Request List Co-workers shows in the global search I alter the view to Change Calendar (for example) and it goes back to Requests in search I refresh the tab and it reverts to Co-workers, even on change calendar The above (as per video) is reproducible. The upshot is that every time I use a browser favourite to load the Request List, we get Co-workers. There's something there that's not quite right.
