Kate Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Hi all, is there a way to exclude ticket time in the On-Hold status from the "Expire by" in Human tasks? Or is there a way to stop the "Expires after" timer while the ticket is on hold?
Steve Giller Posted October 31 Posted October 31 No. A Human Task is not part of a Request, it is only linked to it. Human Tasks are unaffected by Request timers.
