Auto Link Knowledge Library Documents To Tickets Via Workflow

Hi

Currently i can manually select the document action item search for the document and link it....can i automate this via the workflow or anywhere so it auto links it each time? 

example being to link the printer access process document each time that capture form is submitted.

Thanks for your post.  This functionality isn't currently available.   I'll add it to our backlog so it can be reviewed for future consideration.
