Gareth Cantrell Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Is there a setting where we can disable the Bulk Resolve action from the Request List? Our workflows lock the Resolve action until certain conditions are met within the request, however this action allows them to circumvent these, leaving the requests in a permanently suspended state. This is wreaking havoc with our reporting, not to mention that customer notifications are also not being sent from the workflow as intended, since the workflow is suspended. EDIT: I have tagged this as a bug, as there doesn't seem any valid reason to bypass the workflow and leave the system in an unknown state.
