Estie Posted October 30, 2024 Posted October 30, 2024 In our cards on our boards we have letters showing on some and not others. On many of them the letter 'H' appears. Does this letter indicate the initial of a person connected to the ticket? Or does it indicate something else? I cannot workout why this is showing and what it means as the person who's initial that belongs to does not appear to be connected to any of the requests and does not appear in the card history, the request members or connections. Can anyone shed any light on this? I cannot find any documentation about the cards and the displays on them.
Gareth Cantrell Posted October 30, 2024 Posted October 30, 2024 Its the first letter of the the request owner's first name. Unless you have a profile image, then it shows the profile image instead. (EDIT: if the request is unassigned, there will be no image/intial)
Daniel Dekel Posted October 30, 2024 Posted October 30, 2024 @Estie, as @Gareth Cantrell mentioned. This is the member assigned to that card. You can find out the full name of that person by clicking on the card and looking at the details. You will find it on the "Members" section. Regards, Daniel.
Estie Posted October 30, 2024 Author Posted October 30, 2024 Thanks @Gareth Cantrell and @Daniel Dekel however this does not seem to be the case on our cards as per the below screenshot where the card shows 'H' and the Members show 'D' which is also the initial of the owner of this request. Could this be to do with the workflow?
Berto2002 Posted October 30, 2024 Posted October 30, 2024 @Daniel Dekel, @Gareth Cantrell can we be clear about the terms here? I find this is unreliable and would like clarification. All the the Changes in the list below have an Owner but only one shows a 'head' so I do NOT believe this shows the Owner (every time). Is that a defect? @Daniel Dekel you used the word "Member"; do you mean that? We have Members on some of the changes but they may be multiple and for CH00127538 neither of the Members have an "R" in their name.
