Hi All, 

Hopefully a quick one...

I have a couple users, myself included, who do not have full admins permissions. 
But we now require access to a couple more additional functions, however we do not know which built-in roles these are related to (i.e. we don't know what to ask for, and our primary admins is uncertain - so agreed to go find out).
If anyone knows what roles these relate to please let me know so we may request and setup locally. Likewise if any of the guys at Hornbill have a role matrix that would be great.

1. Scheduled Requests
    We can create new items but are not presently able to manage those previously created (i.e. not by ourselves)
    As such we cannot stop or edit existing scheduled, what role allows this?

2. We cannot generate support codes for remote access, for Hornbill Support Teams, in the event our primary support user is away.
     What role grants this function please?

Just dropped back in to check for any answers on this one...
Any admins or Hornbill staff know what roles the above functions relate to?
