Attachments on Human task

Is there a way to force within a workflow an analyst to upload attachments and not letting complete the task util an attachment is present?

There's a Suspend->Wait for Attachment node, however this will only check for "an attachment" so any attachment (including in email signatures) even if they already exist will progress the Workflow.

You could remove all existing attachments first, but that is quite destructive.
