KB Article text editor is exasperating to use

There are still multiple issues in the text editor. It's really hard to use.

1. Numbered listed give scrambled characters but they resolve into separate lines on a save
2. The "=" still appears at the start of each line (obscures numbers)
3. The row box is still there
4. Carriage return is not reliable
5. Rows appear after saving that you didn't enter
6. Deleting a row and saving does not remove the row
7. To deleting sometimes deletes no rows or two rows
8. Cut a numbered list item and pastes as bullet
9. Pasting content from clipboard to the end of the line places it on a new line
10. headers don't stay headers

Hi @Berto2002

Thanks for your post.  Some of the items that you reported have been fixed in an updated version of the editor.  We will be releasing this over the next couple of Service Manager updates.

The "=" that sits overtop of the numbers in the number list is the context menu for section where the cursor currently sits.  I think that going forward we might make this context menu optional so it can be turned off/on.  We will look to see if we can make it a little more user friendly.
