Defect/Shortfall - not all Group Types are available to select in Service Subscribers

Good morning.

I am setting-up a new Service and will be making use of the "Business Unit" Organization Type (6) for this.

...but that option is not available to select in the Subscribers:

When I do a comparison with the lists it kinda looks like none of the new/additional Organization Types were added to the Subscribers drop-down when they were implemented (2022 or 2023), see highlighted below. The only 3 from the top drop-down that are present in Subscribers are General, Department and Company. Can I request this development is 'finished off' by adding all types so we can use them as Subscribers, please?

For now I will have to revert to using General but that list if getting crowded and I need to start using the other Org Types soon.

Thanks for posting this. We have fixed the following defect:

PM00184954 - Missing Group Types in Service Subscribers

Please look out for this in an upcoming release of the Service Manager application.
