Arranging attachments in size order

Hello,

We have recently on-boarded a new central services team to Hornbill and now have a large volume of external emails logging tickets to this service.  A key aspect is to quickly access Word/PDF attachments for processing but these can often get cluttered in a lengthy list of attachments due to signature images etc also populating the ticket attachments drop down. 

 

Is it possible to order the attachments in size order, as the attachments for processing are usually larger than signature images and would make these more accessible if listed first?
