Sandip Bhogal Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Is there a way to not add each and individual subscriber? My aim is to make sure all the staff members consisting of around 1000 users are able to access the employee portal forms. How can this be done? If i add myself as subscriber i will then start seeing the form: I don't want to manually keep adding users under subscribers, there should be a better and easier way to handle this, would appreciate your help. Thanks Sandip
will.good Posted October 24 Posted October 24 We've found the easiest way to do this is to add companies (can also do this by org, site etc) E.g. all of our Hourly Paid Staff are in a company and that company is added as a subscriber so when our users are created they are automatically assigned this as a company and then automatically can see the right services
Bob Dickinson Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Hi @Sandip Bhogal If a Service has no subscribers (as per your screenshot), it is automatically available to everyone anyway. So if the service should be available to everyone in the business, then there is no need to add any subscribers. You only start adding subscribers if the service should NOT be available to everyone. Kind Regards Bob
Sandip Bhogal Posted October 24 Author Posted October 24 Thank you both Will and Bob, strangely enough when i removed group of subscribers, no one is now able to even see DET: Line Managers appear: double checked to confirm there were no subscribers, missing something somewhere...
