Links to Documents

Hi, Is there a URL that you can use for Hornbill Documents that doesn't download the document?  I'm using the bookmarkable link e.g. https://live.hornbill.com/eput/docmanager/document/view/DOC20241000000002 but this downloads the file.  I thought I'd managed this previously but I can't remember what URL I used?

Try modifying your URL to this.   /docmanager/document/details/DOC2024...

It is just changing view to details

Thanks @James Ainsworth, I've given it a go but it's no good I'm afraid as it took me to the actual details page in doc manager

I literally just want it to open the document rather than download it but maybe that's not possible

I believe this is because the document is a DOCX.

You can't "just open" a DOCX in the browser like you can with a PDF.

If Guides are being built it is probably better to store them in the new Knowledge Base rather than Documents.
