Adam Toms Posted October 23 Posted October 23 Hi all, I'm really struggling to achieve a view or report that's given me the following criteria attached to this post that also contain the employee ID. Our finance team charge back to the business on a monthly basis. I've built a view as I've had trouble nailing down the accuracy of the report via the reports in Service Manager and using the various tables and performing joins to get that data out. I've had success with the view, but what we find is our cost codes, do change over time, and therefore to bill back to the correct user, the employee ID is our best way of doing this. When looking at the available columns and where our data is stored there is no way that i've been able to achieve to marry the Asset data and employee ID data together. Our employee ID field sits in custom attribute 7 when looking at the user profile data, but there doesn't seem to be a way of merging this in a view. I figure that the SQL report is probably the way to do this, but then I struggle to obtain the accuracy of the asset data to match how my view is configured. Has anyone been able to achieve this, either via the SQL report or a view, or do I need to request this as an enhancement? Many Thanks Adam
