billster Posted October 18 Posted October 18 The user import crashed and now just stuck with [ERROR] Unable to run import, a provious import is still running How to kill the process?
Nanette Posted October 18 Posted October 18 @billster Please take a look here: https://docs.hornbill.com/data-imports-guide/users/ldap/debugging Unable to run import, a previous import is still running This can occur if the previous import has failed to complete. Perform a manual (non-scheduled) run of the import from the command line including the argument -forcerun=true. Future imports should now run without issue. 1

Can you help me with another error? [Azure] BearerToken Error: Invalid HTTP Response: 401 Thanks
Steve Giller Posted October 18 Posted October 18 That looks like an Authentication error from the Azure side. If you have not changed anything on the Hornbill side please speak to your Azure admins to check that your password/token has not expired, etc.
