The user import crashed and now just stuck with

 

[ERROR] Unable to run import, a provious import is still running
 

How to kill the process?

    • This can occur if the previous import has failed to complete. Perform a manual (non-scheduled) run of the import from the command line including the argument -forcerun=true. Future imports should now run without issue.

That looks like an Authentication error from the Azure side.

If you have not changed anything on the Hornbill side please speak to your Azure admins to check that your password/token has not expired, etc.

thanks Steve, I will ask our Azure admin to have a look.
