enhancement Enhancement: Show the Service Description below Service Name on the Employee Portal (not 'hidden' in Details tab)

I am putting in a new service and was describing to a colleague where the Service Description is visible to the Users. I realised when I showed them you need to select "Details" to see it (or the tooltip on the main page) and they fed-back how hidden and unintuitive that is.

The Description should really be here in this space below the Service Name

Why do I think it should be there? To avoid user clicks for sure but also the precedent is set by the way Catalog Items are displayed; which is to have the Catalog Item Name at the top and its Description just below:

Just asking for this to be made consistent between the Service and Catalog Items.
