enhancement Knowledge - ability to add multiple Owners per Knowledgebase.

I'd like to request the ability to add multiple owners per Knowledgebase so that if a Manager goes on Leave, or is not available for any reason we have a back up and do not have to keep changing the owner. This would also allow for more than one approver for new articles and spreads the workload.

+1 I would even support the idea of an Owning Team; ultimately meaning the Manager would be responsible.
