Are the tags case sensitive?

@James Ainsworth - I have tested the tags and added the tag 'Accounts' to several articles, however when I try and search for the tag no articles are found using upper or lowercase.  It seems that the search is still only searching words in the title of an article and tags are not showing in the Tag column in the list of articles.

I was about to add a long list of tags for analysts to add to articles.

Will the tags be fixed soon?

Yes i have this same issue also, seems the tags feature is not working at the moment

It is only picking up words in the title @James Ainsworth any news on this one please?

Thanks for your posts.  We are currently investigating this.  I'll let you know once I have some more information.

A defect has been identified.  Once a fix has been completed, it will be added to our release cycle.
