Hi

Is there a role that can be given to an analyst that allows them to re-open an incident/request without giving them service manager full access?

You'd need the platform Admin role, then in Service Manager admin, go to Roles, then Create New Role.

Once it's created, under Application Rights, you should be able to add Reopen Incidents and Reopen Service Requests. Beyond that, you can of course just assign the role to people as normal.
