Peter Clough Posted October 24 Posted October 24 You'd need the platform Admin role, then in Service Manager admin, go to Roles, then Create New Role. Once it's created, under Application Rights, you should be able to add Reopen Incidents and Reopen Service Requests. Beyond that, you can of course just assign the role to people as normal. 1
