AlexOnTheHill Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Hello, I have a team who provide internal support and would like the signature on their email to reflect their team identity when they send emails internally and our global identity when they send emails externally. The deciding factor for them is the From address so is there any way I can use ESP conditions to update the signature based on the From address? I think when you select a template the variables all populate from the existing data and as the email is not yet sent that value is not available to pull from, is that correct? The answer here may be to create a separate template but we have a large number of templates, keeping this within the default template would be vastly preferable. Many thanks

I'm pretty certain that's a no - I've tested using "fromAddress=xxx" and "mailbox=xxx" in the ESP condition without success.
AlexOnTheHill Posted October 17 Author Posted October 17 I felt this may have been the case. I can normally figure most things out in Hornbill given enough time but this one eluded me. Could this be considered for an enhancement?
