Updating Custom Fields on User Profiles

Good afternoon,

We are trying to add some information to Attribute 6 (Status) on User Profiles under the Custom Fields section. However, when we click on 'Save Changes' and return to the profile, the updates haven't saved. Is anyone else having the same issue?
