LawesD Posted October 15 Posted October 15 We've had a failure of our basic users not being attributed our templated roles when created. I went to the page for the roles (basic user role and self service user) and tried to apply to all users but I keep hitting a server error Is there anything I can do or could you apply this from the back end? The two roles every user should have
Keith Stevenson Posted October 15 Posted October 15 @LawesD Thanks for the post. This is a front end timeout rather than a backend API timeout.. The Action will still continue in the back ground even though the GUI received a timeout and the roles will be added (Although it may take some time). There is arleady a known change to make this action significantly quicker . Kind Regards 1
LawesD Posted October 18 Author Posted October 18 @Keith Stevenson I tried again last night after hours, applying the 'self service user' SM role to all. It doesnt appear to have taken though - number of users doesn't equal the number with the role applied. Is it pending anywhere? Thanks.
