Authorisation Template not honouring the Wiki Markup Numbered Lists applied in the Authorisation Task

Good afternoon,

We are making more use of the Authorisation functionality (not the External Authorisation) and it's been good so far, but one thing that has been a bother is when using the Wiki Markup Number List (using hashtags) then don't format properly in the TaskAuthoriserNotification email properly.

Here is what the email looks like:

This is the Authoriser Task notification node (as you can see the Wiki Markup is being used):

Please could someone resolve this or advise an alternative method?

I had thought about maybe using {{taskDetails|html}} and then added HTML to the Task Details, but then I realised that this will display HTML on the Task in Hornbill, so it wouldn't be a viable option.

Any assistance would be grand.

Good morning,

I am just bumping this up but also to report that this is not just happening with Authorisation Emails, but also with emails sent via tickets and the workflow as well.

I'm a big believer in using Wiki Markup in calls, but this is just not a good look when it's translated into email.

I have just noticed it again... but this time on a normal email

The information was added with Wiki Markup, but lists are not displaying properly in emails

Wiki Markup != HTML tags.

Happy to detail if it does not make much sense
