Hello,

I'm trying to understand whether it's possible to associate linked requests/incidents at the point of intelligent capture?

The rationale is that if someone is, for example, logging a change then they can associate the relevant incident to it.
I see that the function to link requests is available within any ticket but not in the intelligent capture itself.

Other functions are already duplicated, so in ticket or intelligent capture you can associate the site, customer, service etc just not link a request.
