Uploaded Request Profile Codes, but dropdowns are empty

Hello All,

 

I wanted to update the request profile codes for an intelligent capture that uses the Category node, I followed the instructions in the template and while the list appears in the request profile codes section, it doesnt appear in any live forms.

Please can someone tell me where im going wrong here?

Do you have any Request Category Level filters set in this Service?

If so I would suggest removing them and replacing them with the new Profiles, as uploading a new set will have changed the IDs that the filters match against.
