Workflow initiation from API logging a ticket

We have made some good progress this week with APIs and now able to create a ticket using an API. The payload contains Summary, Description, Request Type, ServiceID and CatalogID

The ticket is created and the correct Portfolio item shown, however the Global BPM for that service runs instead of the item specific BPM.

If I run this using a standard agent logged ticket the BPM is correct.

Hope that makes sense. I am sure I am missing something
